You must create an account to access the training dashboard. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases and Payment
The training course is available as a one-time purchase, processed securely through Stripe. Purchases grant you ongoing access to the course content associated with your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute course videos or materials, or attempt to circumvent the access controls that gate the training content to paying students.
6. Intellectual Property
All course videos, written materials, and site content are the property of Atharva4Racing and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Third-Party Services
This site relies on third-party services — Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and Vimeo for video playback — each governed by its own terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The course and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the content will meet your specific goals or expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atharva4Racing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or course.
