When you create an account and sign in through our authentication provider (Clerk), we collect your name and email address. When you use the training dashboard, we store your module completion status, quiz attempts and scores, and certificate issuance records. If you purchase the training course, payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate your account, track your progress through the course, issue your completion certificate, and grant access to purchased content. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Sharing of Information
We share information only with the service providers required to run the site: Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and database storage), Stripe (payment processing), and Vimeo (video playback). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account, progress, and certificate data for as long as your account exists, so that your course access and completion history remain available to you.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us atinfosupport@a4r.in.
6. Security
We rely on our service providers' security infrastructure (Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Stripe for payments) to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for young drivers with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with information without such consent, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
